Several weeks ago Soap Hub reported that Days of Our Lives (DOOL) was about to gain an 80s primetime soap star.
Now, we can tell you that Morgan Fairchild is the actress joining the Salem set this coming summer, according to Soaps.com.
While we’re not sure what role Fairchild will play, she definitely has the sudser chops for DAYS. She started her soap career on a short-lived series called Flamingo Road, but also appeared on Falcon Crest and had some fun in daytime on several shows.
General Hospital (GH) fans might recall her for her role as Sydney Chase in 1996 (she also played the character on The City), and The Bold and the Beautiful (BB) fans knew her as Dorothy in 2009. But one of her first jobs was on Search For Tomorrow where she played Jennifer Pace from 1973-1977.
