Ashley Benson is a film and television actress who is best known for playing Hanna Marin in the hit show Pretty Little Liars for seven seasons. She also has appeared on a soap.

Who Is Ashley Benson?
Benson was born on December 18 in Anaheim, California, where she was also raised. She started dancing competitively when she was just 3 and began performing in musicals at the age of 4. Benson then signed with Ford Models when she was 8 and started working in print advertisement.
Soap Beginnings
Benson was cast as Abigail Deveraux on Days of our Lives in 2004 when she was just 15 years old. She remained with the show until 2007, when she decided to leave to pursue work on other projects.

Former Six Chick
Benson’s first film role was in 13 Going on 30 as a member of the Six Chicks, the group of young girls who bully Jennifer Garner’s younger self. However, Benson’s not the only famous actress to be one of the mean girls — Oscar-winner Brie Larson was a part of the group too.
Longtime Role
Benson was cast as Hanna Marin in the ABC Family series Pretty Little Liars in December 2009. The show was a massively popular and established Benson as a successful actress in Hollywood. The show was on the air for seven seasons before wrapping up in July 2017.
