The Bold and the Beautiful fans have often wondered why women on the show always need to be with a man — especially Liam, the most sought-after guy in history — or at least that’s how it seems.
Now, they’re seeing a character choose to be single — and willingly give up the wonder that is Liam!
Steffy (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) has proclaimed her independence from both Liam (Scott Clifton), the father of her daughter, Kelly, and Bill (Don Diamont), Liam’s dad, whom she once slept with and thought might be the father of her baby.
What Will Steffy Do?
But, how long will Steffy’s independence last? Soap Hub asked if you think she’ll change her mind about wanting to be alone.
The majority of you, 65%, feel that yes, she will have a change of heart. After all, a beautiful woman like Steffy isn’t likely to stay single in a city like Los Angeles!
Will She Stick To Her Guns?
The rest of you, 34%, feel that she’s going to make a go of this. And that’s certainly possible. After all, Steffy was named after her grandmother, Stephanie (Susan Flannery), and she was certainly independent for many years.
Heck, even before Stephanie and Eric (John McCook) split, they were essentially leading separate lives.

It’s quite possible that Steffy realizes instead of chasing after a man who can’t make up his mind, it might be better to take a step back and see how life unfolds
There’s always the chance that she could resume her relationship with Wyatt (Darin Brooks), and with Wyatt’s dating Sally (Courtney Hope), that could be the makings of a great soap triangle – especially when one considers Sally’s past with Steffy’s brother Thomas (Pierson Fodé).
The final 1% of you voted “other” — which could signify that Steffy will change her mind, but perhaps not right away. And she could end up with a man who’s not even on the canvas right now. On B&B, anything can happen!
