The Sally/Steffy feud on The Bold and Beautiful has shifted to the back-burner (for now) but the rivalry is likely to be re-activated in the coming months. As longtime B&B fans know, the battle between Steffy’s grandmother, Stephanie, and Sally’s grand aunt, Sally, began in the show’s early years.
It all started when Sally (Darlene Conley) started to produce knock-off near-replicas of Forrester gowns that were just different enough so that she couldn’t be sued. This, of course, didn’t sit well with the Forrester clan, especially Stephanie (Susan Flannery), who viewed Sally as a thief!
But there was more — while Sally did swipe from the Forresters creatively, she also had great admiration for Stephanie. Sally wanted desperately to be as wealthy, sophisticated and as stylish as she believed Stephanie to be.

When Sally spied Stephanie at Cafe Russe, her favorite eatery, she pulled up a chair alongside the Forrester matriarch, hoping to ingratiate herself into her life.
Sure, the two women later became good pals, but, as you can see in their first encounter, Stephanie sliced and diced Sally like a julienne salad. Poor, Sally! Check out the video to see how Stephanie deftly dismissed Sally!
