The Bold and the Beautiful’s Katherine Kelly Lang has a new project in the works. She’s teaming up with some big names in the soap world for a new mob-style comedy!
Garlic & Gunpowder
The Emmy-nominated Lang (Brooke) will play the role of Mrs. Smith in the laugh out loud film Garlic & Gunpowder. The story surrounds two over-the-hill mobsters who nearly take down the entire organization when a deal goes wrong. They’ll have to fight against the FBI and their nemesis if they want to make things right!
Two Soap Alums Also Starring!
According to Soap.SheKnows.com, two other familiar soap faces will also take over the screen. Justin Hartley’s ex-wife Lindsay Hartley (Theresa, Passions) and former soap actress Vivica A. Fox will also star.

What Else Is Going On This Year?
This isn’t the only project Lang has on her plate! She wrapped up production on her guest role in 2016 Odissea Nell’ Osprizo (2016 Odyssey in Hospice) and is also filming on the set of the thriller Diabolika where she’ll play La Bruja. These films are set for release later this year.
What About Brooke?
What does this mean for her role on B&B? Well, with so many things on Lang’s plate we expect Brooke may be away visiting Hope (Kim Matula) in Italy for a little while longer. However, the time away could help her figure things out. Hopefully, the extended vacation will clear Brooke’s head and she can finally put an end to her love triangle! It’s time for the blonde bombshell to choose between Ridge (Thorsten Kaye) and Bill (Don Diamont) once and for all!
