A decade ago, the beloved CBS serial Guiding Light went off the air. A few years later, The Bold and the Beautiful scooped up one of the show’s hottest stars, Lawrence Saint-Victor, to play attorney Carter Walton. Now, the actor has news to share about the half-hour soap!
Welcome Back, Lawrence Saint-Victor
Recently, Saint-Victor posted on Instagram that he’s back working at BB. After having a romance with Maya (Karla Mosley) and also enjoying a short stint as one of the show’s writers, Saint-Victor and his alter-ego shifted to the backburner.
He was guaranteed some appearances as the character became licensed to officiate weddings and he’s a go-to guy for legal issues too as Carter is a lawyer. His fans want him to do more, though! Replies to his social media post included one from @sarabear436, who wrote: “Well I hope you’re not there to only do a wedding, we need more Carter.”

Another fan, @kapitol_karyn, posted: “Carter deserves a huge storyline!!!” Given how the legal ramifications of baby Beth’s paternity are still playing out, Carter’s role as an attorney could keep him quite busy!
