For most of the time they interacted on The Bold and the Beautiful, Brooke and Stephanie were at each other’s throats! Off-screen, their relationship holds a different dynamic.
By the time Stephanie (Susan Flannery) died, she had come to peace with Brooke (Katherine Kelly Lang), and the days of Steph slapping, manipulating, and attacking both physically and verbally the younger woman were long gone.
The former co-stars remain pals away from the show to this day. And Lang recently posted a photo of the two of them on social media.
As you can see, both women are wearing beautiful smiles and look terrific. Their real-life relationship is as far from the early antagonistic days of their characters as they could be.

Flannery made a brief return to the show recently at Ridge (Thorsten Kaye) and Brooke’s wedding reception. Brooke heard Stephanie’s voice giving her blessing to the union while she slipped in a dig by calling her her “slut from the valley” – words she did not always say with such affection!
