Meanwhile, Brooke’s (Katherine Kelly Lang) torn about her future when Bill (Don Diamont) springs the ultimate surprise on her. He wants to pack a bag and hop on a plane so they can elope. He hopes his romantic intentions will sweep her off her feet and she’ll finally become his bride.

As much as Brooke can’t wait to become the next Mrs. Spencer, she doesn’t want to rush anything. RJ (Anthony Turpel) still hasn’t come around, and she wouldn’t want to do anything to upset the boy. She wants to make sure when they say their I Do’s it’s at the right time for everyone.
