The Bold and the Beautiful recap for Friday, September 28 promise courtroom drama as Katie’s team strikes back.
Katie’s Stabbed In the Back!
Tensions ran high the second Bill, Katie, and their lawyers entered the private courtroom.
Unfortunately, things went from bad to worse when Katie (Heather Tom) was handed the updated witness list. As if going up against Dollar Bill (Don Diamont) wasn’t hard enough, her sister was officially taking Bill’s side. It was a punch to the gut she never thought would actually happen.
Thorne Kicked Things Off
Thorne (Ingo Rademacher) WAS up first in the hot seat and his life is picked apart in great detail. From his quick marriage to Katie to the death of his daughter, his past and present were put on full display.
Ridge Reveals A Dark Past
Next were Ridge (Thorsten Kaye), who wasted no time bashing Bill. Well, he laid it all on the line, including the time Bill tried to kill him.
But, it wasn’t all about his nemesis. He also admitted to not getting along with his brother either. However, he made it a point that Thorne’s temper doesn’t turn into tantrums, making him the safer choice of parent.
Liam Shocks Everyone
When Liam (Scott Clifton) took the stand, things took another downward turn for Bill’s team. Liam spoke about Bill’s violent temper, chasing Steffy, and ruining her marriage.

But, a shocking moment came when Liam addressed the judge directly. He and Bill may not get along but his dad loves Will and it would hurt more than help that they not be together.
Katie Tore Bill Apart!
Unfortunately, Liam’s plea may not do any good after Katie took the stand. She had a lot more than anecdotal evidence to present the judge.
She had her and Will’s calendar and it clearly showed Bill’s parenting fails. Every time Bill didn’t show up and when she gave up on hoping Bill would even show up for Will at all.
Katie also made it clear she’s not out to hurt Bill. She simply wants what’s best for Will and made a passionate plea for him to feel safe, secure, and loved. Things went from bad to worse for Team Bill when Justin insinuated the Forresters are using her and manipulating her to destroy their enemy.
She promptly spoke up, spoke out, and shot down any and all claims she filed suit for any other reason than Will’s well being.
