The Bold and the Beautiful recap for Wednesday, February 12, 2020, features Katie doing all the wrong things for all the right reasons, and Thomas causing Douglas to spiral.
The Bold and the Beautiful Recap Highlights
Katie (Heather Tom) was beside herself over the Sally situation and struggled with whether or not to tell Wyatt (Darin Brooks). This was Sally’s news to tell but Katie would never forgive herself for not speaking up. So, she threw Sally’s feelings out the door and made herself feel better. The second Wyatt walked into the office, she spilled all.
Wyatt (Darin Brooks) was horrified by the news. Not only was Sally sick but she only had a month to live. What a terrible time to dump her, huh? He went to pick up the phone to call her but Katie put a stop to it. Sure, she didn’t respect Sally enough to keep her secret but that did not give Wyatt the right to expose her.
As for Sally, she tried to keep busy at work but continued to fall apart. Every day would bring her closer to death and that is all she could think about. She even turned down the invite to Zoe’s (Kiara Barnes) party and opted to wallow instead.

Thomas: A Manipulative Party Plan
Sally didn’t miss much. Thomas (Matthew Atkinson) arranged to have the staff meet in the studio for the surprise birthday bash. Zoe (Kiara Barnes) was floored by his effort and melted like putty in Terrible Tom’s hands.
She wasn’t the only one who was shocked. Hope (Annika Noelle) arrived with Douglas (Henry Joseph Samiri) in tow and the kid did not take the scene very well.
Douglas was sweet and wished Zoe a Happy Birthday but he was very confused to see his daddy holding hands with the model. He became distraught when he saw them kissing. He worried having Zoe around would mean Hope would no longer be his mommy.
Thomas was pleased to see his plan was working. However, Vinny made it clear it was time to stop using the boy. Thomas balked at the demand. It’s too bad Taylor (Hunter Tylo) didn’t do the same to keep his dad around. The Bold and the Beautiful (BB) airs weekdays on CBS. Check your local listings for airtimes.
