The Bold and the Beautiful recap for Wednesday, January 24 features a reunion between two rivals — Hope and Steffy — but Hope helps open a doorway to reconciliation for Steffy and Liam!
Hello, Again
While nibbling on a cracker, Steffy (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) heard her doorbell. She was shocked to see Hope (Annika Noelle) on her doorstep. Hope said she missed everyone, including Steffy and told Steffy that Liam (Scott Clifton) still loves her. Hope wanted to help, but Steffy doesn’t see how that can happen.
Hope said being away from Los Angeles has changed her; she’s less naive and more grounded. Steffy told Hope that she’s pregnant.
Supportive Sibling
Wyatt (Darin Brooks) visited Liam in his hotel room and tried to get Liam to open up, but he wasn’t quite ready. Liam said Bill (Don Diamont) is not a good person and he hopes that he doesn’t have to find out the way Liam did.
Wyatt, thinking of his secret relationship with Katie (Heather Tom), said that’s a conversation for another day. Wyatt was intrigued by the news that Hope’s back in town and urges Liam to build on his love for Steffy and to forgive her–for the baby’s sake.
Surprise Visit
Darlita (Danube Hermosillo) visited Sally (Courtney Hope) and told her that her feelings for Liam just aren’t going to go away. Sally said she’s not sure how much longer Liam and Steffy’s marriage will last.

An incredulous Darlita couldn’t believe Liam has moved out. She knows her pal wants a chance with Liam. Sally said there’s a new obstacle — Liam’s ex-wife Hope. Sally and Darlita checked out Hope online and Sally said that if Liam does move on from Steffy then she hopes to be the woman in his future.
Pregnant Pause
Hope was genuinely thrilled for Steffy but confused. Why aren’t Liam and Steffy together if they’re expecting a baby? Hope asked Steffy what she did? Steffy asks Hope where Liam was staying and Hope gave Steffy the location.
Later, Steffy showed up at Liam’s hotel room after Wyatt left. She begged for another chance for her — and for her child. Steffy says she can’t sign the annulment papers. Liam is not unaffected by his wife’s words and feelings.
