It’s time for Soap Hub to let it all out and tell you what we absolutely loved–and totally hated–on The Bold and the Beautiful (BB) this past week.
Rave: The Monaco scenery was beautiful on yet another vacation shoot.
Rant: What in the world were those swimsuits? Metal? Crazy. They were not in the least bit practical for actually swimming.
Rant: Eric (John McCook) continues to make uncharacteristic decisions and is relying too heavily on Sheila — a woman not known for her good behavior. Could she be drugging him? At this point, that’s really the only thing that would make sense with this storyline.
Rant: If everybody was so worried about Eric, why’d they leave him in LA to flit off to Monaco?

Rave: Kudos to the B&B editors who seamlessly edited the on location shots in Monaco with the indoor scenes taped back at the B&B studios in Los Angeles.
Rant: Bill lying to Thomas that Caroline is dying is unforgivable. Bill’s own sister, his niece’s namesake, died of leukemia.
Rant/Rave: Top execs at fashion houses shouldn’t model designs — but we’ll make an exception when it’s Thomas Forrester (Pierson Fode) modeling swimwear!
Rant: Letting Bill Spencer — who has a known axe to grind with Spectra Fashions — read the results of the fashion competition was silly. Of course, he lied!
