On the rooftop of Forrester Creations a while back, The Bold and the Beautiful’s Liam hit Thomas a few times. Now, Liam’s portrayer, Scott Clifton, is sharing that he’s been hitting the gym!
Scott Clifton: Fitness First
“My BFF @thomasjankas has been whipping my [butt] into shape since early last year (Covid makes everything harder, but we stay safe), and I feel better and stronger than I ever have,” Clifton posted on Instagram, referring to his pal and trainer Thomas Jankas.
“He used me for a short promo video and I thought I’d share—because I look cool in it, obviously,” the actor adds. “Do yourself a favor and give him a follow. The man has so much wisdom to offer when it comes to fitness and general well-being, and the dude just gives it away for free on his IG, including fully planned out home workouts. Also, he’s super ripped and cool with being objectified, so there’s that. Tell him I sent you. #mytalentiswork.”
Clifton’s hard work has earned him a rave from one of his co-stars, Lawrence Saint-Victor (Carter), a man who clearly knows what the inside of a gym looks like! “Damn Scott!!!!!!!!!!!🔥🔥🔥💪🏾💪🏾 Way to get after it, bro!!!” posted Saint-Victor.

As BB is set in sunny Southern California, the show has always been easily able to write in scenes that have the actors displaying a toned physique. Shirtless scenes have taken place at the Forrester pool, at the beach, and, of course, in the bedroom!
