The Bold and the Beautiful star Darin Brooks and his wife Kelly Kruger, who recurs as Eva on the half-hour soap, recently took their daughter Everleigh on a fun adventure.

“We had the most magical day taking Everleigh to meet this beautiful, sweet, gentle horse named Cocoa🐴,” Kruger shared on Instagram, promising to post a video of the day on her Instagram stories.
“There is something called Equine therapy and though I have been around horses a ton throughout my life, today I truly understood why,” Kruger adds. “Horses are so calming, healing, and therapeutic. It’s no secret what an animal lover I am but watching the way my daughter loves animals does something to me I can’t really put into words.”
Kruger posed a question to her followers, asking what their favorite animal is and if there are any that they’re afraid of.
“Well, since I was young I started collecting anything that was a unicorn,” responded @susanfaucher. “I love dolphins. I hate snakes and spiders. It doesn’t matter how big or small the spider is. Yuck! Looks like Everleigh had a great time.”

While Brooks and Kruger call BB their home, their fans recall that they got their starts on other soap operas. Brooks’ first soap role was Max Brady on Days of our Lives. He won the Daytime Emmy for Outstanding Young Actor in a Drama Series in 2009. Kruger took over the role of Mackenzie Browning on The Young and the Restless in 2002. She played the part for two years, reprising the role again in 2018 and 2019. The Bold and the Beautiful (BB) airs weekdays on CBS. Check your local listings for airtimes.
