Soap fans have seen characters on shows become doctors, lawyers, designers, and other experts in certain jobs overnight! Well, The Bold and the Beautiful’s Katrina Bowden is proving that can happen (sort of) in real-life, too!
Katrina Bowden: Candle In The Wind
“Well just call me Martha Freaking Stewart,” Bowden, who plays Flo on BB, recently posted on Instagram. “I’ve made two candles. Did I read any instructions beforehand? Nope. Are the wicks staying in place? Nope. Is there wax all over my kitchen countertops? Yes. But did I have fun doing it?? Eh, maybe a moderate amount if I’m being very optimistic. But hey. Reuse, Recycle ♻️ ✌🏼.”
The former 30 Rock actress’s followers aren’t holding her candle-making skills, or lack thereof, against her! “Katrina, you’re like, ‘a candle in the wind,'” posted @dennis.digangi.3. “A young Marilyn Monroe. YOU are awesome! You definitely always have fun. AND so glad B&B is back. 😎.”
“So cool!” posted @steffy0619. “I wanna make some now lol. Btw, saw B&B today..OMG Flo is so freaking smart LOL I laughed so hard😉 Missed watching you all💜.”
The last comment refers to how Flo wrote on Sally’s (Courtney Hope) underwear a message asking Wyatt (Darin Brooks) for help. When Sally disrobed in front of her ex, he saw Flo’s printing on Sally’s clothes and demanded that the redhead tell him exactly where Flo was.

Realizing she wasn’t going to get what she wanted, Sally confessed to Wyatt that Flo was at her apartment and he went off to rescue her. They were joyfully reunited. In show time, it was only a short while, but fans have been waiting since April to see this tale resolved!
