The Bold and the Beautiful News: Denise Richards Accused of Insulting RHOBH Co-Star

Denise Richards has plenty of drama going on at The Bold and the Beautiful as the fallout of Shauna’s trip to Las Vegas with Ridge plays out. On her other series, the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, Richards is embroiled in some real-life/reality TV drama, too!

Denise Richards In The Spotlight

On the July 22 episode of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, cast member Brandi Glanville (the ex-wife of The Young and the Restless alum Eddie Cibrian, ex-Matt) told fellow cast member Teddi Mellencamp Arroyave (the daughter of singer John Cougar Mellencamp) that Richards wasn’t a fan of hers.

“She doesn’t like you at all,” Glanville shared with Arroyave. “She’s said horrible things about you. You’re obnoxious, you’ll do anything to be in this group because you’ve lived under your dad’s shadow your whole life…”

Arroyave’s response? “I gave her the opportunity to come clean on however she’s feeling. Say it to my face, because I know the way I’ve been feeling, I’ve said to your face.” The singer’s daughter tweeted: “If I knew I was going to be insulted like this, I would have at least brushed my hair.”

Mellencamp got in on the situation by texting that he had never heard of “‘Dennis’ Richards…” but Arroyave responded: “You know who DENISE is dad.”

In a tweet that links to an Instagram post that’s since been deleted, Richards wrote: “Grown ass woman stooping to that level… sorry…I never said you live in your dad’s shadow. Ever. I don’t care what you were told…I was hurt you felt the need to share a salacious untrue rumor…”
