The Bold and the Beautiful recap for Thursday, April 12 features the return of a loving mother and a husband’s confession!
Scene Of The Crime
Detective Sanchez (Jeremy Ray Valdez) arrived Bill’s (Don Diamont) house to recreate the shooting, hoping that will jog Bill’s memory. Bill told Sanchez he’s wasting his time. The detective left after getting a phone call.
Father Of The Year
A pensive Steffy (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) told Ridge (Thorsten Kaye) that Hope (Annika Noelle) advised her to leave Liam and go to Bill. Ridge is incredulous and wanted to know exactly what Hope said. Steffy said she can take care of herself. Ridge says he’s being a dad, not fighting her daughter’s battles.
Keeping Secrets
Liam told Hope she’s trying to get his mind off his personal problems with Steffy. Hope questioned Liam’s actions related to shooting Bill. Liam feared he’ll snap again, but Hope said that can’t happen.
She implored Liam not to tell Steffy that he shot Bill. Liam was confident that Steffy wouldn’t say anything, but Hope’s not so sure.

Confrontation
Ridge confronted Hope, who said she’s tried to help Steffy. He then got a phone call saying “the eagle has landed” referring to a “she”. Hope asked who Ridge is talking about.
Meanwhile, Liam told Steffy that he fell and hit his head the night of Bill’s shooting. Liam continued to say that he then drove to his dad’s place and picked up the golden gun and that he shot his father.
Taylor Returns!
Taylor (Hunter Tylo) returned to Los Angeles and confronted Bill for his treatment of Steffy, calling him a horrible man! Taylor was livid that in her absence Bill has messed up Steffy’s life!
