The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers for Thursday, January 2, 2020, tease Ridge wanting a fresh start and Thomas making a bad move. The Forrester men know what and who they want but will they get their ladies?
The Bold and the Beautiful Spoiler Highlights
Ridge (Thorsten Kaye) is quite pleased about his son’s progress and boasts about his boy’s new life. Thomas (Matthew Atkinson) is moving on and he thinks it’s time everyone else does as well, especially Brooke (Katherine Kelly Lang). He sits his wife down and suggests they throw out those divorce papers and commit to their vows once and for all.
Brooke loves Ridge, she always has. Through thick and thin all roads lead back to Ridge so walking away is hard. Being with Ridge is like being at home. There’s a level of comfort, support, and a world full of love. However, being with him means accepting his son. And, Brooke’s not so sure she’s ready to believe Terrible Tom is a changed man.
A Subtle Move
Sadly, Brooke’s suspicions are right. While Ridge is defending his honor, he’s with Hope (Annika Noelle) making a mess of everything. Thomas pretends to be kind, compassionate, and supportive but Hope sees a flash of his true colors when he makes an oddly unsettling move.

She bounces back and forth between wanting to see the best in him and knowing he’s the biggest liar in town. If she doesn’t stand strong against his manipulations every single time he could turn her entire world upside down again.
Enough Is Enough?
Will this be what it takes for Hope to reconsider working with him? Keeping Thomas close is dangerous and her gut instinct is telling her to keep him at arm’s length.
