It’s Final (For Now)
In a bid to bring “Phoebe” home, Steffy (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) calls upon legal eagle Carter (Lawrence Saint-Victor) to help things along.
Sadly, Carter fails to realize Flo’s (Katrina Bowden) documents are forged. Instead of this being the end of the process, he goes forward with an adoption contract!
Thinking the rushed adoption is on the up and up, the Forresters become excited about this new beginning. Steffy finally brings home her baby and relishes in her little family.
Teasers reveal Hope (Annika Noelle) struggles with her loss and Steffy’s good fortune. She wants to be happy for her frenemy but it’s just not fair.

Hope will be on a mission to find out the hows and whys of her daughter’s death. She visits her doc, and along the way, runs into Reese (Wayne Brady). She demands answers, but she won’t get the truth!
To her credit, Hope accompanies Liam (Scott Clifton) to see Steffy’s new bundle of joy for the first time. She slaps on a smile, and does her best to support Steffy’s new family.
The moment of truth comes when “Phoebe” is placed in Hope’s arms. Will she feel a connection to her daughter?
