The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers for September 23-27, 2019, promise a week of life and death drama for the LA crowd. No sooner does Thomas come home from the hospital than Katie goes in. She fights to survive while turmoil and tensions rise between the rest of the LA elite.
Saving Katie
Katie’s (Heather Tom) condition becomes deadly overnight. She needs a new kidney and needs it right now if he has any hope of survival. Years and years of meds to keep her heart beating have caught up with her and she is facing another desperate battle to stay alive.
Watch to see a softer side of Bill (Don Diamont). He lets go of his tough exterior and gives his all for Katie. He loves her more than life itself and prays for more time together.
Who will step up to save her? Expect nearly everyone to get tested but not too many are a match. Will the family find someone brave enough to go under the knife? Expect Dr. Armstrong to go all out to ensure Katie stays among the living.
Marry Me
The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers reveal Wyatt (Darin Brooks) takes Katie’s illness as a sign to not waste any time. He has a good woman by his side and he’s determined to keep her. Expect the unexpected when he gets down on one knee and asks Sally (Courtney Hope) to be his bride.

Broken Boundaries
Meanwhile, Thomas (Matthew Atkinson) struggles to adjust to his new life. His wife is divorcing him, he’s barely allowed in the home, and the family insists he is only around Douglas (Henry Joseph Samiri) when someone is there to supervise.
Of course, Thomas is not good with rules and immediately breaks them. He’s caught alone with Douglas causing quite the stir in the Logan house. He has it out with Brooke, Brooke has it out with Ridge and Ridge storms off.
Bad Vibes
It should come as no surprise Ridge runs into Shauna (Denise Richards) again after this blowout. Flo (Katrina Bowden) keeps warning her mom to stay away from Brooke’s man but who is Shauna to turn away from fate. If Ridge wants her, he can have her.
