With the prospect of her child on the horizon, Daphne (Murielle Hilaire) has started dreaming again of being a mother. It’s led her to talk openly at work with Carter (Lawrence Saint-Victor) about Steffy (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) possibly becoming their surrogate. She had an impromptu shopping spree and brought it to the office to show him.
Carter was caught off guard by Daphne’s haul for the baby she doesn’t yet know exists. So much so that she’s putting her job and her integrity on the line to be the Logan CEO’s spy on the inside. While she’s not giving up trade secrets, Dylan is supposed to push Zende (Delon de Metz) to jump ship to the Spencer fashion house.
While Will understands Dylan wants his mom’s approval, compromising herself isn’t the way to do it. Katie is using her for her own benefit. Dylan has to work two jobs to make ends meet. If she’s found out, nothing happens to Katie, but the same can’t be said for Dylan.
