At the Logan office, Bill (Don Diamont) and Katie (Heather Tom) discuss Will’s (Crew Morrow) personal life. Bill is happy that his son is moving on from Electra (Laneya Grace), but Katie isn’t thrilled. Katie shares her concerns about Dylan (Sydney Bullock), which Bill shrugs off.
Bill voices his support for Dylan, but Katie declares she’s not ready to give her approval. “If there’s any hope, I need to meet the mother who raised her,” Katie proclaims. Well, it looks like Katie will get to meet Mama Dylan very soon.
Dylan and Darcy’s Reunion
Elsewhere, Dylan is working at the Bikini Bar when Darcy (Kelly Sullivan) walks in. The mother and daughter squeal with delight as they hug. Darcy is ecstatic to be in LA and is anxious to hear everything that’s happening in her daughter’s life.
But their conversation takes a serious turn when Dylan says, “There’s some things that you need to know.” Dylan will fill Darcy in on her relationship with Will, Katie’s disapproval, and cousin Remy’s (Christian Weissmann) appearance in LA.
This will certainly be a lot for Darcy to take in, and she’ll want to help her daughter in any way she can. But will her good intentions end up causing more drama in Dylan’s life?
Steffy’s Guilt Creates a Problem For Carter
Steffy (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) and Carter (Lawrence Saint-Victor) are struggling with keeping their tryst a secret from their spouses. Finn (Tanner Novlan) senses Steffy’s going through an emotional time and believes it’s because of what happened in Monte Carlo.
Finn once again apologizes to his wife for his actions regarding Sheila (Kimberlin Brown). “Secrets destroy marriages,” Finn says as he comforts Steffy.
“We have both done things that we regret. And somehow, we need to find a way to move past them,” Steffy replies. The guilt is getting to Steffy, who wants to confess, but also fears what it’ll do to her marriage.
But she’s not the only one who’s in danger of losing their spouse. With Daphne (Murielle Hilaire) back, Carter is determined to work things out with his wife. However, that might not happen if Steffy reveals their secret.
When Carter meets Steffy at Forrester, he asks if their secret is still safe. “Tell me you didn’t tell your husband about our night.”
Carter and Steffy’s secret might be safe for now. But it’s only a matter of time before something comes along and forces them to confess.
