Bill (Don Diamont) couldn’t get through to Katie (Heather Tom) about putting her sisters before her quest for dominance in fashion. Katie thought it odd that he wanted her to tone things down when his personality is to go full steam ahead and destroy the competition. But he said he didn’t want her to lose sight of who she is.
At the Cliff House, Finn (Tanner Novlan) opened up to Steffy (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) about how much the surrogacy blindsided him. She apologized for moving forward despite his feelings and hurting him in the process. Finn shared that he understood her desire to help Daphne (Murielle Hilaire). He just thinks Steffy really hasn’t processed how difficult giving up this baby will be.

He, Hope (Annika Noelle), and Deke (Harrison Cone) were surprised. They didn’t want to start their journey in fashion together on such a cutthroat note, but Katie said it’s just good business.
As she explained her position, Will (Crew Morrow) was at the beach house with Dylan (Sydney Bullock). The two have been spending a lot of time together, and he hoped that could extend to the workplace. That’s why he told Dylan that he wanted her to meet with his mom to discuss a position at his family’s company. She was excited at the prospect as well as unsure about whether Katie would go for it.

Dylan was right about Katie’s lack of interest in hiring her. But instead of pushing for a position, she let Katie know that she doesn’t want to work at Logan. At least, not while Katie feels so negatively about her. Dylan told Katie that she won’t be relying on Will for support, and that one day she’ll come to see that.
Back at the beach house, Darcy (Kelly Sullivan) was enjoying the sun. Earlier, she’d helped Dylan get interview-ready by putting her in a pink suit. With her mom duties done, she decided to hang out and, in the process, met Wyatt (Darin Brooks). He was uncomfortable with her presence at his brother’s home but also notably attracted to Darcy as they spoke and flirted.
With Logan’s latest move drumming up bad press, Eric was once again troubled by Zende’s departure. He wants to get his grandson back where he belongs but knows not feeling valued at Forrester is part of the problem. However, Zende has started to realize joining Logan has come with its own issues—namely the fashion house’s vendetta against his family.

Ridge (Thorsten Kaye) knows that Forrester can’t withstand more of Logan’s attacks. He told Brooke that the business is in trouble. But she believes a miracle will save them. Brooke didn’t reveal that the miracle she’s counting on could be coming courtesy of Bill.
At Logan, Katie was trying to celebrate her victory over Forrester, and once again her husband advocated for her to tone her tactics down. When his phone beeped with a notification and she saw a text from Brooke, she put the pieces together. Katie came to the conclusion that he was being influenced by her sister.
The revelation about their meetings and communication hurt Katie and spun her into a tempest of rage and devastation.
Friday, October 30, 2026 – Episode 9898
Katie took Bill to task for scheming with Brooke. She accused him of having yet another affair with her sister, but he denied it. He said that he wasn’t taking Brooke’s side. Bill’s concern is Katie. But she refused to believe his change of heart was because of her.
She charged down to Forrester with a champagne bottle and threw it through the CEO office’s window. Brooke was shocked and called her crazy. Katie said she was evil and let Brooke know she’s aware of her meetings with Bill. Ridge was long gone from the room by then, but earlier in the episode he pointed out that Katie’s need for revenge stems from Bill and Brooke’s romantic past.
Will and Dylan wrapped up the week on a calmer note. He asked her to move in with him. At first, Dylan said no. She was worried about Katie. But Will convinced her to go with her heart, and she chose to say yes on one condition. She’s going to pull her own weight and possibly run a children’s dance class from the beach house.
