As if he wasn’t feeling distraught enough already, Liam learned from Hope that Bill had proposed to Steffy, which led him to question everything he’d been told.
Steffy herself felt that her efforts had been sabotaged, and she leveled accusations at everyone.
Speaking of accusations, Bill finally awoke from his coma, and after being questioned by Detective Sanchez, he claimed that Ridge was the one who shot him. Could there be more going on than meets the eye? Here are the spoilers!

At the same time, Quinn reacts strangely to the news that Ridge has been arrested, raising eyebrows amongst the Forresters.
