They’re not likely to share screen-time given that they appear on different networks, but, off-camera, Chad Duell (Michael, General Hospital) and Courtney Hope (Sally Spectra, The Young and the Restless) have a romantic real-life “storyline!” Now, the two have shared a Valentine’s Day update for their followers.

“Happy Valentine’s Day to the love of my life,” Hope posted on her Instagram. “I’d choose you over and over again if I had the chance ❤️! Thank you for all you are. Growing, learning and loving alongside you has been more incredible than I ever imagined 🙏🏼 love you @duelly ❤️❤️❤️.”
The GH star responded in Hope’s comments section with “I love you.” Duell also shared his feelings about Hope on his Instagram. “Happy Valentine’s Day to this beautiful woman! I love living life with you, and I am a very lucky man! ” Duell posted. Hope commented: “I love you so much handsome.”

Hope made her daytime debut on The Bold and the Beautiful as Sally Spectra, the grand-niece of the original Sally (the late Darlene Conley) in 2017. Viewers watched Sally strike out in business (she failed to successfully keep the relaunched Spectra Fashions alive) and in romance getting dumped by Thomas (Matthew Atkinson) twice (ouch) and by Wyatt (Darin Brooks), also twice (ouch, again).
Sally took some unorthodox steps — lying about dying and kidnapping Flo (Katrina Bowden) — in order to hang onto Wyatt. Her plan was exposed and Sally left town, prompting Wyatt and Flo to refrain from filing criminal charges. Sally went to Genoa City for a fresh start. She connected with family friend Lauren Fenmore (Tracey Bregman) and is trying to reinvent herself.
Duell made his daytime debut in 2010 as Michael Corinthos, the birth son of Carly (Laura Wright) and A.J. Quartermaine (Sean Kanan). Michael’s married to Willow (Katelyn MacMullen) but found out after they tied the knot that they were coerced into marrying so that Michael could gain custody of his son Wiley (Erik and Theo Olson).
