Actors can be immortalized by being bestowed with a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame. Athletes might get a trading card with their picture on it. Another way a celebrity can be honored is if they’re made into an action figure! Sean Kanan, best known as Deacon on The Bold and the Beautiful and AJ on General Hospital, recently shared that he’s experienced one of these honors.

Kanan took to Instagram to posted a custom-made carded action figure of his Karate Kid character Mike Barnes. “Thanks to @the_collector82 Chris Sharp for immortalizing Mike Barnes with this killer action figure,” Kanan posted. “#cobrakai #cobrakaiseries #cobrakaineverdies #cobrakainetflix #KarateKid #MMA #martialarts #dojo #Sensei #BlackBelt.
“I just wanted to take a second and thank all the Karate Kid/Kobra Kai fans,” Kanan said in a video segment in his post. “You guys are beyond amazing. Thanks for all the support…I specifically, I wanted to reach out and thank my buddy Chris Sharp in the UK, who made this really cool action figure [of my character]. I’ve always wanted one of these, always wanted one and I finally got one. Chris, you’re amazing — I know you’re making some for some of the other people in the Karate Kid universe. You guys thanks for everything!”

Sean Kanan appeared in The Karate Kid III. His antagonistic character, Mike Barnes, was pitted against Daniel LaRusso (Ralph Macchio) at a tournament in exchange for part ownership of his Cobra Kai dojos. Ultimately, Daniel prevails.
