Shauna’s not making many friends on The Bold and the Beautiful, which is something her portrayer, Denise Richards, can relate to. The actress, who does double duty as a cast member on The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, is reportedly the target of some of the other women on the Bravo reality program — including Lisa Rinna, who played Billie on Days of our Lives.
Denise Richards: A Target?
HollywoodLife is reporting that RHOBH cast member Brandi Glanville (the ex-wife of Eddie Cibrian, who played Matt on The Young and the Restless) contacted Richards to let her know that she is season 10’s target now that Lisa Vanderpump is no longer on the show.
Glanville, however, will only be so involved in this developing drama. She is set to be a recurring cast member this season, so she’ll likely have less screen-time.
In addition to Richards and Rinna, the Season 10 cast includes returning cast members Dorit Kemsley, Erika Jayne, Kyle Richards, and Teddi Mellencamp. Joining the show next season are Garcelle Beauvais (NYPD Blue) and Sutton Stracke, a party planner.
What are the conflicts between Rinna and Richards? As followers of the show recall, Rinna posted concerns on Instagram that Richards skipped an event held at Kemsley’s home. “Denise are you ok?” Rinna wrote. “You never showed up to Dorit’s Sat night we were all so worried about you. What happened?!”
Social Media Anger
Alas, not everyone interpreted Rinna’s inquiries as a genuine concern. “@lisarinna you’re so full of drama it’s disgusting,” wrote @oakvillefashion. “WTF can’t you just pick up your phone and text her? Are you all about money that you don’t behave like a human anymore. You did the same to LVP [Lisa Vanderpump] last year and now to someone you actually brought to the show ‘your good friend Denise’ I hope this is just an act and Denise is in on this because if not you need to go and re-examining [sic] your life.”
The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills returns for Season 10 later this year on Bravo. The Bold and the Beautiful airs weekdays on CBS. Check local listings for air times.
