What a difference a year makes! It wasn’t all that long ago that Thomas did all kinds of machinations to keep Hope and Liam apart on The Bold and the Beautiful. Recently, he got involved in their business again, only this time his actions led to paving the way to a reunion between the two.
The Bold and the Beautiful Polling
Thomas (Matthew Atkinson) grew suspicious when his pal Vinny (Joe LoCicero) started throwing around specific terms related to paternity tests. Could Vinny have switched Steffy’s (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) results to show that Liam (Scott Clifton) was her baby’s dad and not Finn (Tanner Novlan)? The answer was yes, and Thomas helped reveal Vinny’s well-intentioned but illegal plan.

Doubting Thomas
The majority of you, nearly 46%, say that you’re not quite sure Thomas has changed. Sure, he made a beeline over to Hope’s (Annika Noelle) to relieve the anxiety she was feeling knowing that her husband was having another baby with Steffy. Thomas appeared to have no secret agenda in sharing this news with Hope. Liam not being the father actually helps support Liam and Hope’s union. Still, there are suspicions.
Good Guy
A lot of you, 39%, feel that Thomas has turned a corner. The mantel of mischief-maker has been awarded to Vinny. He’s the one who can stir up trouble. Thomas has had his brain surgery and he opted to do the right thing for Hope. It didn’t even occur to Thomas to let Hope go on thinking that Liam was still the dad. Hope likely believes that Thomas is a new man.
Wicked Ways
Then there’s the 15% of you feel that Thomas hasn’t changed at all and he’s just better at hiding his manipulative ways. Would anyone be surprised to some day see a scene where Thomas visits Vinny and thanks him for pulling one over on everybody?
It was a little convenient when Finn happened to walk in on the two men when they were arguing. Maybe Thomas orchestrated it all just so he could come out on top?
