Daytime stars traditionally don’t go to the Primetime Emmys, however, some familiar faces from The Bold and the Beautiful and General Hospital recently checked out the Secret Room Events Pre-Red Carpet Style Lounge in honor of the 2021 Emmy nominees.
When Daytime Met The Primetime Emmys
On hand from the soap world for the rooftop gift suite at the Petersen Automotive Museum in Los Angeles were B&B stars Annika Noelle (Hope Logan Spencer) and Tanner Novlan (Finn) and GH actors Tristan Rogers (Robert Scorpio), Carolyn Hennesy (Diane Miller), Cassandra James (Terry Randolph), and Lilly Melgar (ex-Lily; Janice, The Bay).
Many gifting suites were on hold during the height of the pandemic but slowly, in-person events have been starting up again in Hollywood. “I took my daughter and we had the BEST time,” Melgar tells Soap Hub. “Everyone was so genuinely happy to be there. To be out, in a warm environment discovering new creations was so incredibly refreshing after the year and a half we’ve all been through.”
Other attendees included Emma Caulfield Ford (Anya Jenkins, WandaVision), Peter Mackenzie (Black-ish), Jonathan Roumie (The Chosen), Marion Van Cuyck (Pen15), Mychal-Bella Bowman (The Underground Railroad), Madison Reyes (Julie and the Phantoms), Shola Adewusi (Bob Hearts Abishola), Petri Hawkins-Byrd (Judge Judy), Daniele Lawson (King Richard), Gianni DeCenzo (Cobra Kai), Edwin Hodge (The Tomorrow War), Ariana Greenblatt (The Boss Baby: Family Business), Marshall Hillard (ex-Hart, Guiding Light), Kristos Andrews (Peter, The Bay), and Isaac Singleton Jr. (Mandalorian).
