Baby swap stories have been a daytime staple for years. The Bold and the Beautiful’s current front-burner tale features the story of baby Phoebe, who is, in reality, baby Beth.
Many viewers had correctly speculated that Dr. Reese Buckingham (Emmy-nominee Wayne Brady) had, shall we say, “appropriated” Hope’s (Annika Noelle) baby after she’d given birth to her in a clinic on Catalina Island.
It made perfect sense that Steffy (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) would want to give her daughter, Kelly, a sibling since Steffy herself had a twin, the late Phoebe, for most of her life.
Now, we have a situation where Flo (the terrific Katrina Bowden) knows she was an unwitting pawn in this horrific scheme.
Her mother Shauna (Denise Richards) and Reese’s daughter Zoe (Kiara Barnes) know the truth. It’s only a matter of time before Hope learns it, too. Do you want that to happen sooner rather than later?

Here’s the good news. Soaps no longer seem to stretch out their storylines the way they did in the past. And May sweeps is coming!
We’re not saying that’s when Hope will learn the truth, but when she does viewers can count on explosive fireworks to shoot between Hope and Steffy. Only this time, they won’t be fighting over Liam (Scott Clifton), but the daughter they both call their own!
Odds are more people are going to find out what’s going on before Hope and Steffy do. Stay tuned to find out who’s next to discover that baby Phoebe is really baby Phoebeth!
