A lot of people knew the truth about baby Phoebe really being baby Beth on The Bold And The Beautiful, but only one person was brave enough to come forward with the truth. He really should be given a medal for his heroism!
We’re talking about, of course, Douglas Forrester (Henry Joseph Samiri), who, despite, shall we say, “strong cautioning” from his father, Thomas (Matthew Atkinson), decided to come forward and tell the grownups the truth — that Phoebe is Beth!
While his father is certainly going to be mad at his child for blowing his future with Hope (Annika Noelle), he should be thrown a parade for making his stepmom happy!
Soap Hub asked BB viewers if they think Douglas should be honored for his bravery in coming forward. Read on for the results.
Douglas Do-Right
The majority of you, over 90%, believe that yes, Douglas should be given a reward for coming clean. He knew he’d be alienating his father, but he also knew that his late mother Caroline (Linsey Godfrey) always told him to do the right thing and tell the truth. Douglas knew how much Hope loved Beth and he knew that he had to do the right thing!

Children Should Be Seen And Not Heard
A little bit less than 10% of you feel that Douglas isn’t brave — he’s just like any kid who can’t keep a secret!
Sure, Douglas told the truth, but that’s just another word for tattling. You don’t think Douglas should be rewarded for running his mouth since most kids his age talk endlessly anyway.
