The Bold and the Beautiful recap for Thursday, August 29, 2019, features two big turning points for Flo. An important ally cut all ties and she tried to turn down the heat on herself by setting another person’s world on fire.
Tempers Explode
Things got tense at the hospital. As if Ridge (Thorsten Kaye) constantly going after Brooke (Katherine Kelly Lang) wasn’t enough, Liam (Scott Clifton) went after an unconscious Thomas (Matthew Atkinson). Ridge caught him saying some nasty (but true) things and boy, was he mad.
Ridge did do a bit of a turn, though. He told Liam he’d make sure his son paid for his crimes, but not hit rock bottom. Ridge loves his son too much to let him fall too far.
Nope. Not Happening.
Shauna (Denise Richards) begged for Quinn’s (Rena Sofer) help. It was all fine and good until Quinn demanded the full truth and heard all the answers. She really wanted to believe the best in these women.
Flo and Shauna were like family, after all. However, after hearing what Flo did and how long she carried on the lies, Quinn had to walk away. Flo is on her own!
But, Did You Hear About Thomas?
Over at the holding cells, Detective Sanchez (Jeremy Ray Valdez) paid Flo (Katrina Bowden) a visit. She agreed to speak without a lawyer and went through some of the shocking details.

When the going got tough and she started to look really bad she changed her course. She turned the talk to Thomas and how she told him everything and he used it to threaten her.
The detective took that confession with a grain of salt and headed to the hospital. He wanted to talk about Thomas, but not about the baby swap. Instead, he turned the heat on Brooke. What exactly happened out there? How did he end up going right over the cliff?
Brooke reiterated her entire song and dance. She saw what she saw and reacted. Apparently, she was wrong. The most important thing now is that Thomas makes it out of the hospital alive.
You’ll Pay
As a show of good faith, Brooke even went in to visit Thomas alone. Instead of crying over his comatose body, she took a page from Liam’s book. She told Thomas she was sorry for what she did but she’d make him sorry for what he did to her daughter. Sorry, not sorry. The Bold and the Beautiful (BB) airs weekdays on CBS.
