As a cast member of The Bold and the Beautiful, Darin Brooks has seen much of the world, including parts of Europe and Australia. Now, the actor/producer wants to show you scenic spots from around the globe, courtesy of Wonderful Places, his new IGTV series.

Darin Brooks — On The Move

Wonderful Places takes viewers to five different countries on four different continents, which is certainly appreciated considering the year most people have had — staying in place due to the coronavirus pandemic.

“If you could go anywhere in the world…” Brooks rhetorically asks in an Instagram post, “where would you go and who would you take? In the meantime, take an ADVENTURE with US!!!

“Episode 2 of our show Wonderful Places launches this Friday April 23rd first on @wonderful_places ‘s IGTV! Our adventurers: @monicawalton_ @gregorsnell @brendanvanson @drone.pilot @isabellandscapes @mikepereaphotography #producer #makingitmedia @robsvalletta.”

As Brooks’ fans recall, the actor came onto the soap scene in 2005 as Max Brady on Days of our Lives. He played that part for four years and left with one heck of a “parting gift” — he won the Daytime Emmy for Oustanding Younger Actor in Drama Series in 2009. The following year, he reprised Max for a few episodes.

He went on to star in the TV series Blue Mountain State in which he played Alex Moran, a college football player. It was on that series that Brooks met his wife Kelly Kruger (who recurs as Eva on BB). The couple has a daughter, Everleigh, who will turn 2 years old in September.

In 2013, Brooks returned to daytime after landing the role of BB’s Wyatt. It was clear the show was making an investment in him when Wyatt was revealed to be the long-lost son of “Dollar” Bill Spencer (Don Diamont). Wyatt’s had romances on the show with Hope (Annika Noelle), Steffy (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood), Katie (Heather Tom), Sally (Courtney Hope), but his true love appears to be his oldest love — high school sweetheart Flo Fulton (Katrina Bowden).

Recently, Wyatt proposed to Flo. What conflict may keep the couple from making it to the altar — or not? Stay tuned in order to find out! And don’t miss Wonderful Places on Friday! Bold and the Beautiful (BB) airs weekdays on CBS. Check your local listings for airtimes.
