Storylines involving harm to babies are hit or miss on soaps. Sometimes, viewers balk and tune out. Others are on the edge of their seats waiting for mother and child reunions. What’s your take on the baby drama on The Bold and the Beautiful?
As viewers know, Hope (Annika Noelle) and Liam (Scott Clifton) are mourning the loss of baby Beth, having been told by gambler Dr. Reese Buckingham (Wayne Brady) that she died. In reality, Reese sold the baby to Taylor (Hunter Tylo) and Steffy (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood).
Noelle and Clifton are turning in daily tour de force performances as young parents mourning the loss of their child. Meanwhile, baby Beth, now baby Phoebe, is separated from them, but she’s not in any harm. In fact, she’s being taken care of by those around her.
