Maybe his tunnel vision regarding Hayley (Marquita Goings) will finally open when Bill (Timon Kyle Durrett) starts questioning her about her past.
At the very least, he should continue to feel bad vibes regarding Hayley’s connection to Lynette (Dominique Madison). Will this conversation spur Bill to learn more about Hayley? We hope so, because Bill has been oblivious for far too long.

Monday marks the start of a big week for the Cotillion and the plasma ring that Jacob (Jibre Hordges) and Smitty (Mike Manning) are investigating. Jacob meets with Ren (Donny Carrington), which might not be a good thing. After all, Ren was the one who stabbed Grayson (Jordi Vilasuso) to send a message. And he didn’t appreciate Jacob trying to improvise and change things up on his own. What will Ren want from Jacob when they reconnect?
Meanwhile, Ashley (Jen Jacob) is in a panic as Grayson prepares for the worst. She is way too involved with Grayson’s shady business. Even though he lied to her and being in his presence puts her in danger, Ashley still has feelings for him. Her panic could cause her or Grayson to make bad decisions. Are they ready for the worst?
Finally, Lia (Ceclia Specht) puts Derek (Ben Gavin) in the hot seat. The Garland Memorial Chief of Staff is also involved with the plasma ring.
