Nicole (Daphnée Duplaix) and Ted (Keith D. Robinson) stop by to break some unfortunate news to their son. The couple tells him that Hayley knows his secret.
Now that Hayley knows about the murder cover-up, things aren’t looking good for Martin. Although Nicole and Ted will promise to fix the situation, Martin may decide to take matters into his own hands.
Anita’s Peace Offering to Leslie
There’s no love lost between Anita (Tamara Tunie) and Leslie (Trisha Mann-Grant). But the two women are connected through Barbara.
With The Articulettes working on an album dedicated to Barbara, Leslie has inserted herself into the mix. Anita and Leslie have clashed many times throughout the process, but this week Anita makes a peace offering.
”You and I will never be friends. But I want you to have this,” Anita says as she hands Leslie a photo.
Anita’s gift could be the artwork for the new album or an invitation to the next Articulettes concert honoring Barbara. Either way, the gesture will move Leslie and might ease the friction between her and Anita.
Careful What You Wish For Hayley
As news of Hayley’s pregnancy spreads, Naomi (Arielle Prepetit) confronts her former pal/stepmother. When Naomi brings up Hayley’s con games against her and her family, Hayley laughs and calls Naomi “a sucker.”
”And suckers get got,” a smug Hayley says. However, Naomi fires back with her own declaration. “You might actually get your wish,” Naomi warns.
Hayley thinks she’s untouchable and above the law. However, Naomi could find a way to bring down her former pal and remove her from their lives.
