It looks like Hilary is about to get knocked down quite a few pegs, according to “The “Young and the Restless spoilers”. She’s on the verge of relapsing back into a coma, and she doesn’t even see it coming.
Dr. Neville’s (Michael E. Knight) miracle treatment doesn’t seem like such a miracle anymore. Two patients have suffered adverse effects and Neville thinks they’re just the tip of the iceberg. His medical protocol is great as a short-term solution, but it’s not the long-term medical phenomenon he and Ashley hoped for.
With Shaky results coming in, Neville wonders how his very first patient is doing. Hilary’s (Mishael Morgan) been on the protocol longer than anyone and he wants to make sure she’s not slipping away. Her dosages and medical combination were always more of a guess than a well thought out plan, so Neville is starting to worry he may have made a grave mistake.
When he finds Hilary all seems right in her world. She’s her usual power hungry, scheming self and doesn’t believe a word the doctor says. She tells him she’s fine and demands that he back off!

Hilary may seem okay at first, but Neville notices something shocking when she pours herself a cup of tea. Hilary’s hand tremors, but she has no idea that she’s shaking.
Does this mean that Hilary’s body is slowly reverting to the time she was in a coma? If so, her condition could make it difficult to try to take over the world. Who would have guessed that ultimately it would be Dr. Neville who had the best chance of bringing her down?
