Paul (Doug Davidson) and Dylan (Steve Burton) frantically look for Nikki (Melody Thomas Scott). The seasoned cops know every moment that passes decreases the chances they’ll save her. Dylan is distraught at the possibility that he might never see his mother again.
A Madman’s Ultimatums
Victor (Eric Braeden) fields a phone call from Ian (Ray Wise). The Newman nemesis lets Victor know that if he doesn’t get what he wants, he’ll kill Nikki. Victor and Nikki may be apart, but her plight affects him deeply.
We’ve Got You Right Where We Want You
Victor starts recovering from his gunshot wound and is a captive and vulnerable audience for his family. They use his fragile state to attempt their own healing as they goad him into fessing up to trying to destroy their lives from his prison cell.

At the hospital, Sharon (Sharon Case) takes a long, hard look at herself. She may have seriously hurt or even killed Mariah (Camryn Grimes) in her delusional state. Sharon realizes how low she’s sunk. She also begins realizing that if she avoids facing her problems, Mariah will expose her secret!
