Explaining the Unexplainable
The Young and the Restless spoilers reveal, Devon spies the scene and rushes to Mariah’s aid. Yes, she looks exactly like Hilary, but no, it’s not her. This is Amanda Sinclair and she’s there to take Devon’s fortune. He quickly explains the story leaving Mariah even more confused. Why would anyone send this woman to town instead of the million other lawyers they could hire?
To say Mariah’s rattled is an understatement. For someone who pretended to be her dead sister and gaslit her own mother she sure doesn’t like other people using their twinning looks around the town.
A New Bad Girl?
Watch for a cute moment when Amanda admits she did a bit of research into this Hilary woman. She watched some old shows and must say, they do vaguely resemble each other. Vaguely?! No, this woman is an exact replica of the woman everyone loved, loved to hate, and sometimes despised.
In a fun twist, it looks like Mariah and Amanda will start off on the wrong foot (much like Hilary). Is this the beginning of a new rivalry? Let’s hope so! Soaps can always use another dash of drama. The Young and the Restless (YR) airs weekdays on CBS. Check your local listings for airtimes.
