Only 11% see this situation completely backward. That last place group expects Diane to be the one to grind Phyllis into dust. Phyllis has lost all touch with reality. She’s a time bomb waiting to blow — and hurt herself most of all. Diane, on the other hand, has been calm and cool throughout this entire process. She still has a grasp on reality and a clear vision. She’ll get the upper hand, if only because Phyllis can’t see past her hatred.
