The Young and the Restless spoilers reveal Lauren putting her matchmaking skills to the test by setting up her best friend and her son!
Lauren Wants Phyllis Happy
Phyllis (Gina Tognoni) may say she loves the single life, but Lauren (Tracey E. Bregman) just doesn’t buy it. In fact, she can’t remember the last time Phyllis was alone for this long.
She’s one of the biggest romantics in town, and it’s time she got back in the dating game. She’s gorgeous, smart, and funny and deserves to have a man on her arms.
Lauren Offers Up Scotty!
Unfortunately, Lauren’s choice in men seems to take Phyllis aback. Instead of telling Phyllis to fight for one of Genoa City’s elite, Lauren suggests she give Scotty (Daniel Hall) a chance.
Her son is a good man and Phyllis would do well being with a guy who’s last name isn’t Newman or Abbott.

Is There Enough Heat Between Them?
While Phyllis and Scotty have shared a few moments, they don’t seem to have quite the right spark.
Plus, getting involved with him means it could ruin her friendship with Lauren and Michael (Christian LeBlanc) if things didn’t work out.
Will Lauren Get Her Way?
Lauren isn’t one to simply give up. She wants her son and friend happy, and she truly believes they can build a life together. While her plea to Phyllis doesn’t move things along, that doesn’t mean she can’t get the ball rolling with Scott.
