The Young and the Restless spoilers (YR) for Friday, May 18 promise various characters reaching the ends of their ropes, as Phyllis has had enough of Nikki, Sharon and Nick are forced to fish or cut bait on their relationship, and Neil steps in to help a friend in need.
All For One… Or Else?
Does poor Phyllis (Gina Tognoni) have to do everything around here? She was in charge of spiriting Victoria (Amelia Heinle) out of town to keep her from confessing to JT’s (Thad Luckinbill) murder.
She was in charge of bullying Sharon until she agreed not to spill the beans. And now she has to deal with Nikki’s (Melody Thomas Scott) issues?
The women agreed to take the secret of putting JT in his grave… to their graves. What is so complicated about that? Why is Phyllis always the one left to clean up the others’ messes?
He Loves Me, He Loves Me Not…
Less than a week after Sharon (Sharon Case) and Nick (Joshua Morrow) decided that theirs would be a casual, no-strings-attached, friends-with-benefits sort of relationship, it’s not working for either one of them.

So it’s time to renegotiate terms. Will it be on or off for the many-times-married-and-divorced Newmans?
Friend In Deed
Neil (Kristoff St. John) returned to a Genoa City rife with problems. Devon (Bryton James) is inching back towards Hilary (Mishael Morgan).
Victor (Eric Braeden) is pushing too hard to come back from a stroke, and now it looks like Jack (Peter Bergman) is about…continue reading on the next page —>
Victor (Eric Braeden) is pushing too hard to come back from a stroke, and now it looks like Jack (Peter Bergman) is about to tumble off the wagon.
They all need Neil’s advice. The only question is which drowning man will Neil rescue first?
Will there be enough of him to go around? After all, Neil has his own issues to deal with.
Still, he chooses to help Jack first, as he looks like he needs the most help right now of any Genoa City denizen.
