The Young and the Restless spoilers for Monday, August 25 reveal a startling finish to summer, so to speak, with some serious heat as Billy comes clean to Phyllis about what’s been going on with Summer.

Also, Mariah tries to reach an MIA Tessa, and Lily has yet another confession to make. Oh boy.

You Might Want To Sit Down For This
Phyllis (Gina Tognoni) has already heard Summer’s (Hunter King) version of events regarding Billy’s (Jason Thompson) feelings for the younger woman.

Now, after making sure that Summer is stuck on Jaboat – with no cell phone reception, which is basically millennial torture – Phyllis is ready to hear Billy’s side.

Billy catches Phyllis up on everything, from the flirting and the stuck elevator to the outright kissing. So where do they go from here?

Reach Out and Touch Someone
The last time Mariah (Camryn Grimes) spoke to Tessa (Cait Fairbanks), there was a scuffle and the line went dead. That’s not a good sign, especially considering that Tessa is hanging out with Crystal, who is hiding from the infamous sex-trafficking ring.

Kyle (Michael Mealor) offered to hire a private eye to help Mariah track down her girlfriend. Is she finally ready to take him up on his offer?

Lily (Christel Khalil) has been doing a lot of confessing lately, with the biggest being that she ran the red light that led to Hilary’s (Mishael Morgan) death.

She’s confessed her guilt to Devon (Bryton James) and to the police. At this point, the latter is more likely to go easy on her than the former.

But if Lily is convinced that her going to jail will make her brother forgive her, what else might she say?
