pcoming “Young and the Restless” spoilers promise a shocking courtroom day as Phyllis Abbott unleashes all her anger at Victor when she takes the stand at his sensational trial.
When Phyllis (Gina Tognoni) sits in the witness box, she completely loses it. Her tears, pain, rage, and shame all come boiling to the surface as she talks about how Marco invaded her bed. It breaks something inside her as she describes what it felt like to learn the man she was intimate with wasn’t her husband after all.
Phyllis loses all control when she describes how many times and how horribly Marco (Peter Bergman) violated her. Her sobs shock everyone in the courtroom, even those who already knew the story.

Will accusing Victor for being responsible for her rape be enough to take him (Eric Braeden) down? If the court case ended right there, he could even serve more time get more time than anyone intended. Phyllis does what she sets out to do and makes sure everyone knows what a Victor is capable of.
At this point in the trial, Victor can say he was trying to protect his family, but what he did to Phyllis is beyond comprehension. Is there a way for Victor to bounce back from such a terrible accusation?
