Upcoming “Young and the Restless Spoilers” for Thursday, May 5 promises a day of grief, accusations, and the reveal of a massive Newman family secret.
Sharon (Sharon Case) comes close to spilling the truth, but stops herself right before the words come out. Instead, she lets Nick (Joshua Morrow) know that he’s not alone — he has a family and a room full of friends who love him and will be there for him.
Dr. Meredith (Alicia Coppola) delivers a message from Victor (Eric Braeden) to his family that she knows he wants to repair all of his relationships. The Newman’s aren’t buying it, though, they know better. They make sure that the doctor knows that Victor’s sins have torn their family apart beyond repair.
Marisa (Sofia Pernas) offers a warning to Victor about Luca; he’s a much bigger threat than anyone ever realized. She lets the Newman patriarch know that Luca is sleeping with Summer (Hunter King) and using her to get to the Newman throne.
Meanwhile, Luca (Miles Gaston Villanueva) is in his room at the club, collecting some rather unsettling information on the Newman’s. There’s no dirt on Victoria at all, so Luca makes his investigator go to the bar to make sure they find something, anything, to bring her down.

Abby (Melissa Ordway Gaston) tries one last time to warn Stitch (Sean Carrigan) that his son is up to no good, but again, her husband won’t listen. Stitch is furious that Abby would even think that low of his son, and is furious that she called the cops. Stitch isn’t going to allow anyone to humiliate Max, so he takes the necessary steps to protect his child.
Lily (Christel Khalil) drills Charlie (Aiden Clark) about what happened, but can’t get any answers from her son. Later, when Stitch questions Max, he hears the words of a wounded boy who hasn’t felt safe or loved since him mom had died. Max is on top of his game and keeps Stitch tightly wrapped around his little finger.
Sage’s will is read to the grieving family. Victoria (Amelia Heinle) gets Sage’s favorite family picture and a request that she look after Nick. Faith (Alyvia Alyn Lind) inherits the necklace Nick gave Sage on their wedding day. Sharon is shocked when Sully gets the vintage toy car from Sage’s will, which is the toy Victor gave Christian when he was born. Everything else went to her husband, along with a letter about how much she loved him.
The final item went to Adam (Justin Hartley), a letter that he takes home with him to read. It’s through her words that he and Chelsea (Melissa Claire Egan) discover that Sage knew the entire time that he was Christian’s father. Sage’s final request is that he never tell Nick the truth. Adam burns the letter and vows that all their secrets will stay between them.
