A scandalous affair may be underway in Genoa City, with Young and the Restless spoilers indicating Victoria may find Phyllis and Billy in a compromising position.
The duo has been getting a little too close for comfort during the last few weeks, causing a few to question their friendship. Secret meetings in hotel rooms, hidden texts, and super scheming has brought them closer together. While they’ve maintained it’s all innocent, what Victoria (Amelia Heinle) walks in on looks anything but respectable.
Victoria makes a startling discovery when she opens the door to Billy’s (Jason Thompson) his room at the Athletic Club and finds him casually pulling up his pants with Phyllis there.

It’s not like this would be the first time Phyllis has cheated on Jack (Peter Bergman). When the going gets tough, she often takes to someone else’s bed. This wouldn’t be a first for Billy either. He had a one night stand with Sharon (Sharon Case) when she was Jack’s wife and was a prime candidate for being Faith’s daddy.
