Y&R Spoilers Recap For June 27: Nick Shocks Sharon With Newman Regret

The Y&R spoilers recap for Monday, June 27, 2022, brings a big surprise for Sharon Rosales when Nick Newman reveals his regrets about the family business. Plus, Tessa Porter gets a shocking diagnosis, Noah Newman and Allie Nguyen have an awkward moment with Diane Jenkins, and Jack Abbott rages at Phyllis Summers.

Y&R Spoilers Recap Highlights

Nick (Joshua Morrow) showed up at Crimson Lights, and of course, Sharon (Sharon Case) had time for him. They sat down for a chat, and Nick expressed his frustration about his father installing Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) at the head of Newman Enterprises. He told Sharon it was all a game to try to lure Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) back into the fold. Nick figured it was doomed to fail.

However, he stunned Sharon when he admitted that he wished he had more say in what went on at Newman Enterprises. She wondered if he’d consider going back, and he didn’t say no right off the bat, which came as a surprise. Sharon also worried about what Victor’s games might do to Adam, but that wasn’t really Nick’s priority. Victoria was who he worried about the most.

Young and the Restless: Tea And Honey

Tessa (Cait Fairbanks) needed tea with honey, and Mariah Copeland (Camryn Grimes) was surprised her new bride had already used up all the tea and honey they had. Tessa admitted she had a sore throat with no other symptoms, which worried Mariah.

They went downstairs for some tea, and Sharon advised Tessa to get it checked out, and Mariah agreed. Luckily her doctor had time. Unluckily, though, when Tessa returned, she had some surprising news for Mariah. It seems Tessa has nodules on her vocal cords, which could require surgery. That’s not so great for her singing career.

Y&R Spoilers Recap: A Run Around

Noah (Rory Gibson) and Allie (Kelsey Wang) met in Chancellor Park to go for a run. Diane (Susan Walters) had brought Harrison to the park to play (off-screen). When they returned from their run, they saw Diane, and she tried to be friendly, but Noah was ice cold. He told Diane he didn’t trust her and things were awkward. Later, Noah apologized to Allie, but Allie understood. Even so, she admitted that she appreciated Diane getting her in contact with the Abbotts, and Noah agreed to try to be reasonable.

Y&R: Sabotage

Phyllis (Michelle Stafford) called Jack (Peter Bergman) to talk. He reluctantly agreed to meet her in her hotel room. When he arrived, Phyllis tried to get him some wine, but he refused. Then she shared how she planned to turn over a new leaf, but Jack didn’t buy it.

Phyllis was appalled that Jack felt she was insincere, but he didn’t care. He went on about how she always managed to sabotage her own happiness and wondered why. Jack was angry, and he said all they’d had was a nice little foray into what might have been, and now they’re over. He left angry, and Phyllis looked stunned.
