As Billy Abbott confessed to Victoria Newman that all was not well at Chancellor-Winters on The Young and the Restless. It seems the family part of “family business” isn’t quite all it’s cracked up to be.

Young and the Restless Polling

Even viewers are also taking sides — and there are so many of them! But who is actually in the right… and who’s in the wrong?

Y&R Shut Up, Everyone!

They’re all such obnoxious, entitled little whiners, 41% of the audience has reached the end of their rope. Every single person in that room got their job through nepotism, and every single one cannot stand a world where they don’t get their own way at all times. They all need to go work digging ditches or something to learn what real hardship is.

Big Young and the Restless Boss

Devon Hamilton (Bryton James) doesn’t dislike Nate Hastings’s (Sean Dominic) business ideas, he dislikes that Nate slept with Elena Dawson (Brytni Sarpy) while the two were living together, 30% of you feel like you’re pointing out the obvious. He’s the one who needs to step off…or step down.

The Y&R Doctor Is Out

Nate has the least experience of them all, 25% remind, so he should learn to “talk less and smile more.” Why is he acting like he knows what he’s doing when he has yet to achieve anything of consequence in the business world?

Young and the Restless Human Resources

The buck stops with the boss, and Lily Winters (Christel Khalil) is the one who has lost control of the situation, according to 3% of the voters. She needs to let Devon say his piece, she needs to get Nate under control, and she needs to act like the professional she is and not just their sister/cousin.

Y&R Good Guys

And then there is the optimistic 1% who can see everybody’s points of view. They’re all right in their own way (that’s how Obi-Wan would judge it). They all just want what’s best for the family company, and the truth is, nobody knows what that is yet.
