Dylan’s lost his badge, his gun, and faces a lengthy suspension from his detective duties on The Young and the Restless. He may not be an officer right now, but is there something bigger coming up?
A Different Kind of Badge?
Dylan (Steve Burton) loves detective work, but he has a big problem following orders. This turn of events has some of us thinking he should follow his dad’s pre-GCPD history and become the city’s resident private investigator.
His tenacity to get to the truth and never give up are qualities that make for a great private eye. Even now, with Adam’s (Justin Hartley) investigation off, Dylan’s still fighting for answers. He wants to do the right thing, and despite not having a badge, he’s still on the case.
From Detective to P.I?
Switching from lead detective to P.I. could be a very lucrative career move. Paul (Doug Davidson) made quite the living being a truth seeker for some of Genoa City’s rich and powerful. Also, the job comes with fewer risks, which would alleviate a lot of stress for Sharon (Sharon Case). She’ll be able to live her life knowing her hubby’s coming home, instead of fearing the worst.
Dylan’s one of Genoa City’s nicest men, and he should have a career all of his own. Working with his father may have been fun for a while, but things are quickly spiraling out of control. Instead of struggling to put his life at the station back together, he should pack up, ship out, and be his own man.airs weekdays on CBS. Share your thoughts, leave a comment in the section below.
