Get your snacks (and maybe even tissues) ready for some touching father/son scenes between Thomas (Matthew Atkinson) and Douglas (Henry Joseph Samiri).

The bad dad takes his son in his arms and promises him the world. Mistakes were made and he was an awful daddy for a very long time, but that’s all over now. Thomas swears to be the man his son deserves.

Does he mean it or is this all for show? This is not the first time Thomas publicly made these claims only to break his son’s heart. He spent months lying, manipulating, and even terrorizing the poor boy. It should come as no surprise if the kiddo keeps walls up around his dad.

An All Out War

The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers show Douglas isn’t the only one waiting for the second shoe to drop. The Logan ladies and Liam (Scott Clifton) don’t believe Thomas can change, even a little bit. They lay into Ridge (Thorsten Kaye) hoping he’ll do right by his grandson.

Well, none of this sits well with Ridge at all. His son may have kept a secret but these people are making Thomas into a deranged monster… which he’s not (okay, Ridge). Ridge takes on the trio and his anger and frustration turn into outright rage.

Is this the final nail in Bridge’s coffin? The marriage was already in trouble and this blow-up will only make things much, much worse. Brooke (Katherine Kelly Lang) and Ridge love each other but the drama is too much and everyone’s had just about all they can take. The Bold and the Beautiful (BB) airs weekdays on CBS.
